“If you’re pregnant in this heat,” Hailey wrote on her June 30 Instagram Story, “trust me, feet + legs in the ice bath or cold plunge.” She shared a photo of her feet in icy water, emphasizing her point.

This isn’t the first time Hailey has opened up about her pregnancy. Since she and Justin announced they were expecting in May, Hailey has been candid about her experiences. She shared a selfie of her growing baby bump in June, captioned, “So who was gonna tell me about the lower back pain?”

Hailey also shared her unique pregnancy cravings. On May 15, she posted an Instagram Story revealing her current favorite snack: egg salad on top of a pickle with hot sauce. Anticipating reactions, she added, “And no, you’re not allowed to judge!!!”
