Thalia Graves has come forward with a heartbreaking story of alleged sexual assault involving Sean 'Diddy' Combs and his former bodyguard. According to Graves, the assault took place over 20 years ago in New York City at the Bad Boy Records studio, leaving her deeply traumatized.

Graves, now speaking out publicly for the first time, recalls the disturbing details of the attack during a press conference held on Tuesday, September 24, with her attorney, Gloria Allred. She described how she was allegedly drugged, tied up, and raped by Combs and his bodyguard, Joseph Sherman, while the assault was recorded and later shown to multiple men. Graves explained that the emotional scars from the attack are still very present in her life today.

"The pain from being sexually assaulted is something that goes beyond physical harm," Graves shared tearfully. "It cuts deep into your soul, leaving emotional wounds that may never fully heal."

The press conference was broadcast live from Allred's office in Los Angeles, just hours after Graves filed a 26-page civil lawsuit in federal court in New York. The lawsuit names Combs, Sherman, Bad Boy Entertainment, and others, seeking compensatory and punitive damages. This legal action follows Combs' recent arrest on September 16, where he was charged with sex trafficking, racketeering, and other serious crimes. He has pleaded not guilty and remains in custody after being denied bail twice.

Graves’ lawsuit provides further details, describing how Combs allegedly lured her to the studio, offering her a glass of wine which she believes was drugged. The complaint says she briefly lost consciousness and, when she awoke, found herself naked with her hands tied. She screamed, but Sherman allegedly slammed her face down on a pool table.

The lawsuit claims that despite her vomiting during the attack, Combs continued the assault, showing no sign of stopping. Graves revealed that this horrifying experience has left her with lasting emotional pain. She now struggles with PTSD, depression, and anxiety, finding it difficult to trust others or feel safe in her own body.

“I often feel shame and guilt that impact my ability to function daily,” Graves said. "Being blamed and threatened has made me feel isolated, worthless, and at times responsible for what happened."

Graves ended her statement by saying that although Combs' arrest has provided some temporary relief, the damage done to her life remains profound. She hopes that by sharing her story, she can begin to heal and find justice for the trauma she endured.

Combs’ attorney has not responded to these allegations, and it remains unclear if Sherman has obtained legal representation. The case will continue in court, where the damages Graves seeks will be determined.
